for the successful combination of the functional with the aesthetic in the conception and creation of
gardens of various types and formats. Slide3ECOENGINEERING AND ECO-MANAGEMENT Through the course of Ecoengineering and Eco-Management, forests and the landscape are perceived holistically, and students gain knowledge for salvation of soil and water issues, for planning, utilizationand management of land and water resources, and for management of protected and of protectiveforest areas. Slide4FORESTRY The curriculum of this course focuses on forest management. Modern forestry and societies perceive forests not only through financial aspects and as a resource for provision of wood and other forest products, but as fragile systems with greater environmental and social values.
